You have checked all available databases for your applied trademark and found no conflictiong trademarks. You file your trademark, the receiving office gives you a green light and publishes your trademark. Just before opposition period is over, you receive an Opposition. Now what?

In short, your application can be:
- Rejected alltogether - it means no protection will be given to your trademark in the territory where you seeked protection
- Partially rejected - it means the protection for your Trademark will be awarded for only part of Goods &services for which the protection was sought
- Awarded for all the goods and services for which you have applied your trademark.
